Return to Work
A Return to Work Program is an integral part of any injury management system
Exercise Physiology services are an important component of this
With guidance and supervision, you will test out your physical capacity in a safe and controlled environment
Your exercise programming will aim to mimic the job that you are working back to,
building your tolerance to its functional requirements
At the same time, you may also engage in a work trial;
completing modified duties either at your workplace or elsewhere
To get a better idea of how I can assist you in this process, check out a pretend case study
*The above forms are free for public access, and are current as of January 2023
They have been sourced from the WorkCover WA website, which also has a number of other useful resources
